RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
The customer can return / exchange any item purchased from our online store within 30 days after the invoice date, only if respecting the following rules:
- Item can not have been used or washed. The customer can try on the clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but cannot use them;
- Item has not been damaged and keep the original labels;
In case of return, the refund of the amount paid will be made using the same payment method the customer used before, within 10 working days.
In case of exchange, the customer can exchange an item for another size or for any other item, but only if the new items are of equal or greater value.
Return / exchange process:
- The Client sends the respective item(s) to our address, RAMOS & RAMOS LDA., Zona Industrial de Tomar, Rua E Lote 7D, 2305-148 Madalena, together with a letter identifying the respective order / invoice and clearly explaining the item(s) the customer would like to return / exchange.
- If the value of the exchange items is higher than the value of the returned items, you will receive an email requesting the payment of the difference.
RETURN / EXCHANGE GIFTS
The return of a gift must be made by the person who offered/bought the item, accordingly to our return policy conditions.
The exchange of a gift can be carried out by the person who received it, accordingly to our exchange policy conditions.
